Based in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, ICON is a photographic club for people who are enthusiastic about their photography. It was founded in 1998.
Our Aims:
- To promote a high level of achievement in the art of photography.
- To encourage an atmosphere of informality and discussion within the group.
- To provide encouragement and assistance to members wishing to apply for photographic distinctions.
This is achieved by the dissemination of information and skills via
exhibitions, discussions, lectures and UK Photographic Association meetings.
We meet on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month, between September and May, in The Markwell Pavilion, The Causeway, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, CM23 2EL.
We start at 8pm and finish at 10pm, with a break for tea and coffee at around 9pm.
